Working at Richardson provides a unique opportunity among campus jobs for professional growth. By working alongside full-time staff members in the Performing Arts Services department and learning how to help manage a team of volunteers and staff, students who commit to following the career progress track at Richardson gain invaluable experience that will set them up for success in whatever field their post-graduation path leads them to.
